TERMS OF SALE:
All items are deaccessions from museums, libraries and important, private collections with the Trust offering for sale or exchange in the capacity of agent or broker. The Trust guarantees that the artifact or item is as described and all artifacts and works of art come with a certificate of authenticity. Any item may be returned for a full refund within 10 working days as long as it is returned in the same condition and is packed and shipped correctly. Written notification of return is required before return shipping is attempted. All items subject to prior sale. Prices quoted on our web site are subject to change without notice. Artifacts containing ivory cannot be shipped internationally or to the following states: California, New Jersey and New York. We are unable to ship antique arms overseas using our carriers; international purchasers must make their own arrangements for collection and shipment of such artifacts.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
Residents of Maine must pay sales tax unless a valid resale or tax exempt certificate is presented. Accepted payment modes include check, money order, bank draft, electronic transfer and items purchased via this mode receive a 3.5% discount on order total; Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards are accepted (processed via Square) and Paypal is also accepted. Please note that we do not accept credit card purchases above the amount of $5000 without prior written arrangement and approval. Shipping and insurance (unless waived) is extra and will be made via UPS or Fedex for all orders in excess of $100 value, unless otherwise arranged.
